I am a Registered Nurse, with a background at the Wellness Teaching Clinic in Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare for more than 6 years. In my capacity there I taught stress management skills and catered to medical employees suffering from muscular pain or functional limitation.

I am also a certified Tai Chi Chuan instructor and have been teaching members of Saudi Aramco’s employee and dependents’ community for 17 years. Like Hanna Somatics, Tai Chi helps people reduce stress, improve physical and psychological balance, flexibility, and improve wellbeing overall.
